I highly recommend Flex Health Care. For more than a year the staff provided in-home care for my husband during days and nights. They treated my husband with respect, kindness, endless patience and always made him smile and laugh. Flex Health Care staff is very caring, dependable and flexible. They became part of our family and I will always be grateful for all they did for us.

My experiences with Flex Health Care have been very positive. We have found the nurses, aides and management to be professional, knowledgeable and very caring. They provided to me, as an untrained caregiver, the guidance and understanding that was so helpful in enabling us to keep my wife of 54 years in the home where she wanted to be.

Last year my wife's sister came to live with us when she was no longer able to manage her walk up apartment in Manhattan. She had inoperable pancreatic cancer unresponsive to chemotherapy. The wonderful, caring women from Flex not only cared for her needs and comfort, they engaged her in conversation that allowed her to ignore her discomfort and even laugh again. They actually became friends with my sister-in-law and made her feel part of an extended family. Until the time of her passing, my sister-in-law could not have had better care, and she could live her last months in the presence of her sisters and brothers, in a warm comfortable home atmosphere. I unreservedly recommend Flex Care to any family who wants special, trustworthy care givers for their loved one.

When I needed home health services more than ever, Flex Health Care rose to the occasion. My husband was extraordinarily ill and as a result he could also be difficult to work with at time. Imagine my full heart after seeing how quickly the health aides from Flex began to bond with him and get him laughing. Beyond the individual caring touch that they bring to each patient, they live up to their namesake as well. They have been flexible with me and my schedule, allowing me to leave the house over weekends to visit with my grown children knowing that my husband would be safe at home. They are reliable, professional, and will be able to give the best care possible to your loved ones.
